Community Rules & Regulations

All residents of Amaltash and Palash requested to abide by the following rules and guidelines to maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment in the campus.

GENERAL

  • Keep the fire escape staircase (and other common areas) free from any personal belongings that can cause obstruction.
  • Do not throw any object/liquid out of your apartment window or balcony as it can injure a person walking on the campus road below.
  • Please keep the campus clean.
  • Do not keep flowerpots in the balcony/porch railings from where it can fall down.
  • If the apartment is rented/leased, then it is the duty of the owner to inform the Tenant about all the rules/regulations/messages/notices issued by the Society periodically.
  • If the maintenance amount is not paid by the 15th day of the month, a "late fine" of Rs 200/- per month will be applied automatically, and will be added to the outstanding amount payable by the owner of the apartment.
  • For payments other than the maintenance amount, they have to be paid as per the notice or communication issued by the Society. A "late fine" of Rs 200/- per month will be applied and added automatically till the entire amount (with dues if any) is paid off by the owner of the apartment.
  • For waiver of "late fine", the concerned resident has to apply in writing to the Secretary of the Society, mentioning the reason for waiver. The application will be presented in the next AGM(annual meeting) and discussed in the house. Decision taken by the house will prevail.

VEHICLES AND PARKING

  • Park your vehicles in the designated parking areas only.
  • Car washing area should be used after 7:30AM and before 6:30PM only.
  • Cars parked in the car wash area for washing should be parked in such a way that it does not block the campus road.
  • Please ask your personal staff (eg. driver, servant etc) to remain in the vicinity of your apartment or parking area only. They should not assemble/group and engage in activities that cause nuisance to other residents.

FLAT RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTiON ACTiVITY

  • Any construction/renovation activity in your apartment must be performed during normal business hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM only. No noise-making activity(eg. drilling, hammering, etc) will be allowed during afternoon 2pm to 3pm, after evening 8pm(till morning 8am) and on Sunday(whole day).
  • For putting any construction material (eg. sand, stones etc) or "malwa" related to apartment construction/modification, permission has to be taken by the Board and a security amount is to be deposited (refundable after cleaning up).
  • Any construction material(eg. sand, stones, malwa etc) that is placed within the common area of the society, has to be removed within one(1) week, or as instructed by the Board. Otherwise the Board has the right to remove it and bill the cost of removal to the concerned resident, or deduct from the resident's security.

COMMUNITY HALL

  • Hall booking rate for the residents of Amaltash & Palash is Rs 3500/- per day. For all others including Gulmohar residents, it is Rs 3500/- per day.
  • Hall has to be booked minimum for 1 day. There is no provision for half-day or hourly booking.
  • Hall booking will be confirmed only after the advance payment is received by the Secretary/Treasurer.
  • If decorations or any kind of arrangement has to be done in advance inside the hall, then resident has to book the hall for 1 additional day (eg. the birthday function is on 10th May and you want to get the hall decorated on the evening of 9th May, then you will have to book the hall for two days - 9th & 10th and pay for both the days).
  • Hall will not be allowed to be booked for more than 80 guests. Guests will have to park their vehicles in the visitor parking area, or outside the campus.
  • Cooking is to be done in the designated area identified inside the hall. Use of residents' car parking area is not allowed unless it's a community function, and special permission is taken from the concerned resident in advance.
  • Avoid putting nails on the walls of the community hall, and keep the walls clean.

WHATSAPP GROUP OF SOCIETY

  • The WhatsApp Group (Residency Estate) is moderated by the APFOA Committee.
  • The APFOA Committee has only one Whatsapp Group (Residency Estate) which is used for official sharing information related to APFOA Membership, News, Announcements, Notices etc.
  • By becoming a member of this "Residency Estate" Whatsapp group, you agree to officially receive messages and posts from APFOA.
  • APFOA committee mandates that every flat owner should furnish a contact number (registered mobile number) on which notices, announcements, news etc. of APFOA can be delivered.
  • By default, the phone numbers included in the "Residency Estate" Whatsapp group, are considered to be the registered mobile number of the Flat Owner. In case the flat owner wishes to change/modify the registered mobile number, they must write to the Secretary of APFOA.


TEMPLE

  • मूर्तियों का पूजन दूर से करना है
  • मूर्तियों को अबीर गुलाल लगाना सख्त मना है
  • जल अभिषेक सिर्फ शिवजी का करें
  • Rs 1100/- प्रति वर्ष/Flat से सहयोग राशि ली जाएगी जो मंदिर के प्रसाद, आरती और रखरखाव में काम आएगा
  • पंडित जी को महीने का 9000 तक का पेमेंट सोसाइटी के द्वारा किया जाएगा जिसमें अमलतास पलाश से ₹6000 एवं गुलमोहर से 3000 लिया जाएगा
  • प्रति दिन मंदिर की सफाई के लिए 1000/- प्रति माह खर्च होगा
  • मंदिर के चंदे के लिए "श्री राम मंदिर" के नाम से रसीद बुक होगा
  • आरती के बाद   इलायची दाना, मिश्री और किशमिश का प्रसाद वितरण किया जाएगा
