The Board of Amaltash and Palash Flat Owners
Association, request the residents of Amaltash and Palash to keep the common
areas clean and free from any obstruction. Examples of Common areas are:
·Area in front/around your Flat/Apartment
·Area in front of the Lift/Elevator
·Fire escape staircase
·Main staircase of the building
·Lawn, shared parking, Community Hall
If residents have placed any object eg. gas cylinder,
bicycle, Shoe rack, Bookshelf, Game equipments or any other item that occupies
space of the common area, they must remove it immediately. The
Committee will conduct a “cleaning” drive after 15th August, and any object
found lying in the common space will be removed without any warning.
